SUMMARY
We collect certain information in order to provide our Services. Much of this information is voluntarily provided by you and some is collected automatically or through third parties. The ShipMagic Services provide a website or application to purchase shipping where you can access rates from various shipping carriers to determine a preferred method of shipping, after which you can purchase a specific service and print the shipping label from the selected carrier. The information required to ship a package using the selected carrier is collected and then used to print the shipping label. That information is then sent to the carrier. The payment is provided when you input your credit card details and this information is provided directly to the merchant service and is not stored by ShipMagic.

PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may request you to enter your Personal Information in order to use our Services, or to create a ShipMagic online account, and this information may also be obtained to provide information should you contact us for customer support, participate in a promotion or special offer, or through any other direct or online contact with our company including our official social media pages.

In order to best operate our Service, we may request the following types of information:

Contact information which may include: name, mailing address, email address, phone number
Payment information including credit card numbers and verification information
User credentials for the creation of an account and verification of rights to us the Services
Specific shipping-based details related to the sender and/or recipient’s information in respect to the shipment and label

ShipMagic does not knowingly request or collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, we ask that you not use our Services, or if you are providing the care of a child under the age of 13, we ask that you prevent them from using our Services. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Share with our shipping partners to print carrier specific shipping labels or initiate pickup appointments

When you use one of our Services, we use the Personal Information you submit to procure the requested shipping service you have selected. The information may be shared with the selected carrier in order to print the associated shipping label.

We may use the Personal Information we collect on our websites to provide value added services. ShipMagic does not provide personally identifiable information to third party advertisers but may provide categorical information in order to post third party advertisements. The information may also be used to further personal communication through the sending of messages to you. Such messages or direct communication may be used to respond to comments, deliver notifications, or to send promotional information. You may always opt-out of those deliveries by following the opt-out instructions on the communication or contacting us directly at support@shipmagic.com.

ShipMagic may also access, preserve and disclose any information we have about our users if required to do so by law, or in a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is reasonable necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process or to protect our rights and property or that of our partners or the general public. ShipMagic is not required to contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request.

As mentioned, we attempt to create a more personalized service for our users by customizing their experience through information we gain through the use of cookies and Tags, and other automated collections. This allows us to provide the most relevant information to each user. We also link various types of information, when available, to further enhance your experience.
